What this site is
This website describes a rental-history platform that is in research and development. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer to provide a service, a commitment to build a particular feature, or a representation that any described capability exists today.
No service yet
There is no account, no tenant record, no reporting capability and no screening service available through this site. Joining the waitlist does not create a record about you or anyone else, and does not affect any housing decision.
Acceptable use
Use the waitlist and research survey for their stated purpose. Do not submit information about other people, attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated entries, or use anything here to make or support a decision about another person’s housing.
What you submit
Only submit your own contact details and your own opinions. Do not submit tenant names, exact addresses tied to an incident, account numbers, identity documents, leases, ledgers, notices or case evidence. If you do, we will delete it.
Your responses
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting research answers you allow us to use them internally to evaluate and design the product, and to quote them anonymously in aggregated research. We will not attribute a quote to you by name without asking first.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, compliance or property-management advice. Rental law varies by state and by situation. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no promise about launch timing, feature availability, pricing or admission to any pilot.
Changes
We may update this site and these terms as the product develops. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected in the Privacy Notice.
