No. The proposed platform is designed around verified relationships, structured events, renter visibility, response and dispute rights, positive history, and clear resolution status.
No. The proposed design requires verification of the organization, the user, their authority over the property, and the lease relationship.
That is a central design principle. Renters should be able to see relevant reported events, add context, and challenge inaccuracies.
No. It is not being designed as an automatic approval, denial, eviction or renewal decision system.
Yes. The proposed history includes positive payment, lease-completion, inspection, property-care and resolution events — not only problems.
No. The waitlist is for product updates and research participation. We do not collect identifiable tenant-event records through it.
Only basic waitlist and research information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, tenant names, exact rental addresses, leases or case evidence.

We are not going to invent a date. Launch timing depends on user research, design-partner testing, and legal, privacy and security readiness.
