How it works

Four steps, and a response at every one.

VeriTenancy is being designed so that nothing enters a rental history without a verified reporter, supporting evidence, and a chance for the renter to answer it.

How it is intended to work

Verified relationship, documented event, real response.

  1. 01

    Verify the relationship

Confirm the property-management organization, lease relationship, responsible user and renter identity. No anonymous reports.

  2. 02

    Document the event

Record structured payment, inspection, maintenance, property-condition, lease or resolution events with required context.

  3. 03

    Notify and respond

The renter sees the event and can acknowledge it, add context, submit supporting information, or dispute an inaccuracy.

  4. 04

    Resolve transparently

The timeline shows whether the event was confirmed, corrected, withdrawn, resolved, or remains disputed.

VeriTenancy is intended to organize documented events for human review — not automatically decide who deserves housing.

Concept preview

Follow one tenancy, event by event.

Select any event to see what was recorded, who recorded it, what supports it, what the renter said, and how it ended.
